Location for me was not ideal but manageable. I found the room to be a little on the small side, but I was on my own. If my partner was with me, then it would have been a tight squeeze. The room was clean, and they had a 'no maid' service rebate. If you opt out of the maid, you get a $10 mini bar credit to redeem at reception . I thought this was a great incentive.

Hi had a bad experience the first we stayed here , however Emily the manager recorded my disappointment reached out to me about my concerns and the second stay was amazing and they went out of their way to make the room and our stay very nice , thanks Emily and staff :)

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are very basic, worn and dark. Felt a bit like a prison cell with bed and desk bolted to wall.

Lovely convenient hotel. Staff lovely. Thought the young lady on the Monday morning 🌄 was seriously lacking in personality. Car parking.. a dream.

Relatively new hotel with modern decor and design (power sockets next to the bed for your device charging! Suprisingly hard to find). Comfy bed and great air-conditioning. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Up-market area with many food option and high-end shopping. PS About a 10-15min walk to the train station if that matters to you. Not an issue in winter, can be on the hot summer days.

Perfectly located for a conference at a nearby venue. My room was perfectly set up and the location on James Street is excellent. The bed was comfortable, shower was large and accommodating and I slept very soundly.
